Preparing Print Materials:
Estimate whether you need assistance with graphic materials. Preparation may take longer than expected. If additional work is required, we will consult with you and agree on the cost. Without agreement, no extra fee will be added to the product price.

Uploading Materials:
Upload necessary materials before adding to the cart. Once the order is completed, the materials cannot be modified. Alternatively, you can send materials via email (up to 10MB) to info@taeda.cz.

How to Prepare Graphics?
In the 'Related Files' tab, you'll find graphic templates that precisely define the areas for printing. It's best to place your graphics there. It may happen that the template for the requested product isn't available yet; we're gradually preparing all of them. If the template isn't ready, send us your logo and describe how to prepare the visual for the product. We'll handle it and send you the prepared visualization for your review.
Printing on Promotional Items:
When providing materials for printing promotional items (such as pens, reflective accessories, etc.), certain guidelines must be followed for each printing technology. The most common are:
a) Provide materials preferably in curves in .pdf, .cdr, .ai format. If unavailable, send what you have, and we'll assess if the execution is feasible or if processing the materials will take longer. If so, we'll call or email you to discuss and potentially agree on additional work. Without mutual agreement, no additional costs will be charged.
b) Simplify the color scheme for printing—try to present important print colors using the PANTONE Solid Coated palette. We'll apply those colors as per the required design.
c) For full-color printing on selected promotional items, provide documents in CMYK.
d) Fonts in curves.
Production of Printed Materials (offset, digital printing):
a) Maintain margins of at least 3mm and minimum bleeds of 2mm.
b) Color scheme in CMYK (full black = 30,30,30,100).
c) Minimum raster resolution of 300 dpi.

Delivery Deadlines and Graphic Preparation Time
When adding a product to your cart, you'll see the indication "Delivery by: + date." This date represents the actual dispatch date, provided you supply print-ready data without requiring adjustments. In such a case, we can immediately proceed with production.
Specific Delivery Date:
Any discrepancies in the dates may impact the delivery schedule, depending on the time needed for adjustments. The specific delivery date will be detailed in the purchase agreement proposal and the actual purchase agreement.
Data Checking and Preparation Time:
We'd like to highlight the time required for data checking and preparation of graphic materials. Due to this process, we recommend planning orders well in advance.

If you have a particular date by which you require the goods, contact us for possible options. You can also mention this date in the notes when completing your purchase on our website. We can expedite the preparation of selected products, but only after thorough consultation.
